Termite Repairs

Here are a few pictures of the repairs to my sister-in-law's house. They show the termite repairs in progress. The first picture is a view of the front of the house after I have replaced about two and a half feet of the corner support of this two story house. I had also sistered several floor joists by the time the picture was taken.


The rim joist was bad back almost three feet on the front and about four feet on the side and had to be cut away. I supported the bad studs down to the foundation.



















Here are pictures just before the siding was replaced.
